APPLICATION PROCESS – STEP BY STEP GUIDE

Step 1: Month 1-2

Client onboarding

  • Applicant will receive client care agreement for review and signature.
  • Applicant will pay first invoice as per agreed payment scheduled.
  • The applicant will sign a power of attorney authorised our lawyer to act on his behalf in Portugal.
  • Issuance of NIF number which is required to open bank account, open a company or will be used in many other cases.
  • Applicant will pay second invoice as per agreed payment scheduled.
  • Depending upon the investment option choose, The lawyer will collect all supporting documents to prove the mode of investment.

Step 2: Month 3-10

Application submission and review

  • Gather documents required to submit application, assigned case worker will assist you in the process.
  • Thorough assessment of documents by our lawyer in Portugal before submitting it to the AIMA, Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylums of Portugal.
  • Our local lawyer will Submit the application in the Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylums of Portugal.
  • The Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylums of Portugal will perform it’s due deligence and we will collaborate with the AIMA for efficient processing of your application.

Step 3: Month 11-18

Receiving resident permit card

  • The Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylums of Portugal after evaluation of your application for Portugal Golden Visa will make a decision.
  • After approval of application, The applicant will be asked to visit Portugal for submitting documents personally and for their fingerprints. They will also be required to pay resident card fee so that resident permit cards can be issued.
  • The investor or authorised lawyer will collect the resident permit card.
